Ogura published an autobiography "Too Early", admitting that he had kidnapped young girls in the past. In the trial, brainwashed Ayako was convicted as the murderer, while the mastermind Ogura was sentenced to death and Ayako to life imprisonment. Years later, serving as the editor of "Too Early", Ogura's wife Rie Ogura, along with the new writer Sanae Ogura under the guidance of Ryo Hashimoto, brought a novel project based on the incident. In order to serialize the novel, Rie, Ogura's ex-lover, editor Minami Tsuboi, Hashimoto, and Sanae are conducting interviews with relevant persons such as Ayako Ichikawa.
